Dear Alan12 September 2026

Dear Alan, This letter is hard to write. I keep re starting. I’m trying not to cry. Even though we never met when I heard god called you home was the day my heart shattered. I never cried when a celebrity passed but you aren’t just my favorite actor you are my hero. You inspire me everyday to never give up and to live my life to the fullest! This is going to sound silly but I call you my sunshine. Why? Cus whenever I’m having a bad day all I have to do is watch one of your films and the sunshine comes back. So when you passed I thought my sunshine was gone forever..I was going to be stuck in a fog. Then I realized you aren’t gone you live on in your work. My sunshine is always with me. If it wasn’t for you I would have met the greatest group of people ever who I’m proud to call my friends! If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t have lit my creativity flame again. Yes, I still shed a tear when I miss you I don’t think that will ever stop. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t miss you. Grief never stops even for those you never met. You will always be my hero, my sunshine. I hope you are looking down on all your fans who adore you and you are smiling. We will never let the world forget you. We will shout it from the rooftops how much you mean to us. In the mean time we will continue to share your work, tell people how amazing you are. I love you sunshine and thank you.

Samantha
